Day 1: Darwin to Mary River
See the falls of Litchfield National Park then head to Mary River Wetlands for an afternoon wildlife cruise. Enjoy dinner, an Aboriginal Corroboree and overnight camp at Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge.

Day 2: Mary River to Kakadu
We call in at Mamukala Wetlands then 4WD into the awesome Jim Jim Falls before heading to Twin Falls where we join a National Park operated boat (exta cost of $12.50) and boardwalk experience through the gorge to the waterfall where you can relax on a Sandy Bank. We drive on to Kakadu for dinner and overnight camp.

Day 3: Kakadu to Darwin
Our first stop is Ubirr to discover ancient Aboriginal rock art then head to Maguk (Barramundi Gorge), where we do some hiking and enjoy a refreshing dip in the plunge pools before returning to Darwin. Overnight dormitory accommodation included.

Day 4: Darwin City
A day free to relax and enjoy the tropical city of Darwin. Take a look at the Museum, try fish feeding at Doctors Gully or visit the indo - Pacific Marine aquarium (day at own expense). Overnight in Motel.

Day 5: Darwin to Katherine Gorge
We visit the Adelaide River World War 2 Cemetary before spending the afternoon either canoeing or cruising (at own expense $20-$30) the striking Katherine Gorge (Nitmiluk). Overnight at our permanent camp.

Kakadu to Ayers Rock Day 6:
Katherine Gorge to Tennant Creek
Stop for a swim at the Mataranka Thermal Pools, call in at the Daly Waters Pub, then continue on to Tennant Creek for our overnight camp at Juno Horse Farm.

Kakadu to Ayers Rock Day 7:
Tennant Creek to Alice Springs
This morning we visit the picturesque Mary Ann Dam in the "Honeymoon Ranges", then head to Devils Marbles, before arriving in Alice Springs late afternoon staying overnight at the Alice Springs Plaza.

Kakadu to Ayers Rock Day 8:
Alice Springs - Kata Tjuta - Uluru
We travel to the Outback Camel Farm for an optional Camel ride (at own expense). Enjoy the sights of the ancient Hugh and Finke River systems, Mt Connor and the unique scenery on our journey to Uluru (Ayers Rock). After lunch at Yulara, we explore the Valley of the Winds in the majestic Kata Tjuta (Olgas) then return to enjoy champagne with the sun setting over Uluru. Camp at our permanent campsite in tents or view the brilliance of the outback night sky while sleeping in an authentic Aussie bedroll (swag).

Kakadu to Ayers Rock Day 9:
Uluru to Kings Canyon
Up before sunrise for an optional climb or base walk at Uluru to explore the mysterious rock formations and the Aboriginal art sites. Visit the Cultural Centre for a greater insight into Aboriginal art and beliefs with the opportunity to purchase arts and crafts. After lunch we head to Kings Canyon for a delicious camp oven dinner and overnight at our permanent campsite.

Kakadu to Ayers Rock Day 10:
Kings Canyon to Alice Springs
Climb and explore the spectacular Kings Canyon, view the "Amphitheatre", The "Lost City", the picturesque "Garden of Eden" and the breathtaking North and South Walls. After lunch we return to Alice Springs viewing the rugged desert country along the way.

What to Bring:
Sturdy walking shoes (ankle high), swimming gear, hat, sunscreen, water bottle, towel, toiletries, warm clothing in winter, insect repellent, camera & film, pillow, sleeping bag (can be hired $15.00pp).
Included:
Experienced guide, meals as indicated, accommodation transfers, camping fees and equipment and motel accommodation where indicated. (upgrade to ensuite motel at extra cost).
