Departs Cairns Daily 8.30am
Deep Sea Divers Den is proud to announce the launch of a brand new purpose built vessel. Commencing operations on 16 December the new vessel, named SeaQuest, has replaced our original advanced dive vessel of the same name, and now offers our guests superior comfort and facilities on day trips to the Great Barrier Reef.
A 23.5 metre catamaran, the new vessel is bigger, more stable and faster than it's predecessor, resulting in our guests enjoying more time at one of the world's great natural wonders.
Designed to be equally at home for divers and snorkellers, the new SeaQuest does of course boast the same 5 star service for which the name has become renowned. Comfort levels are unsurpassed, as our guest's travel to the reef in the luxurious surroundings of this purpose built dive and snorkel vessel.
Certified & Introductory Diving
SeaQuest ADV caters superbly for both certified and introductory divers. The SeaQuest ADV Discover Scuba Diving program is your perfect introduction to the reef with pre-dive tuition, close underwater supervision, dive recognition card and certificate included. Certified divers can explore two dive locations in one day

Our dive locations on the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef (approximately 70 km off shore) offer outstanding underwater visibility, superb coral formations and abundant, colourful marine life including Wally, our friendly 1.5m Maori Wrasse at Norman Reef.

A hot meal is provided during lunch time. Local produce and exotic tropical fruits are also featured. Complimentary tea & coffee are available throughout the day.
