Bring with you:
A refillable water bottle, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, good hiking boots preferably ankle high, your camera.
Excess Luggage:
15 kilos is the maximum luggage on tour. If you have more than this you must phone the operator to talk about options for freighting excess luggage ahead with Greyhound.

Adelaide to Melbourne Day 1:
Adelaide to Kangaroo Island
After a scenic drive to Cape Jervis via Fleurieu Penninsular the tour boards the Sealink Ferry for a 45 minute trip to Penneshaw. After a short trip you arrive at one of the islands stunning surf beaches at Pennington Bay from there you travel on to view the only Eucalyptus oil distillery in the state located at Emu Ridge. From there it’s on to Seal Bay with an opportunity to walk among the seals on a guided walk, something no one should miss. Today there is time to climb the sand hills before heading to the Koala Sanctuary at Hanson Bay. Overnight farmstay accommodation tonight and after dinner you can try to spot the native wildlife.

Adelaide to Melbourne Day 2:
Kangaroo Island to Adelaide
This morning is spent exploring the Flinders Chase National Park. You get to visit the Remarkables which are reknowned for their strange formations. Admirals Arch is another stop to view the large fur seals that live there. The tour stops for lunch at the Rocky River Headquarters where it is possible to start the Snake Lagoon and Platypus walks which are an optional seasonal choice. After lunch it’s off to the north coast to Stokes Bay where you can go through a tunnel to find a secluded beach (seasonal). From there it is time to return to Penneshaw where you can buy dinner (own expense) before departing for Adelaide. Overnight in Adelaide.

Adelaide to Melbourne Day 3:
Adelaide to Grampians National Park
After departing Adelaide and driving through the scenic Adelaide Hills district the tour crosses the Murray River on the way to the Grampians National Park. This morning will get your legs working with hikes at Hollow Mountain and the magnificent MacKenzie Falls. This afternoon you take in another great sunset at Reeds Lookout and the Balcony Lookout before settling in for a well earned nights rest.

Adelaide to Melbourne Day 4:
Grampians to Princetown via the Great Ocean Road
This morning starts with a challenging hike to the Pinnacle taking in the amazing views along the way. Next the tour winds it’s way to Warnambool where you have a chance to spot a whale (seasonal). The Great Ocean Road has a lot to see and explore, the tour the Bay of Islands, the Bay of Martyrs, London Bridge and Loch Ard Gorge before stopping to take in the sunset over the 12 Apostles. Tonight you stay in the town of Princeton overnight.

Adelaide to Melbourne Day 5:
Princeton to Melbourne
This morning you have time to take (at your own expense) an optional helicopter ride over the 12 Apostles or if you prefer you can take a walk down to the beach to view strange limestone formations. The next stop is the Otway Fly Tree Top Walk followed by lunch at Apollo Bay (at own expense). Driving along the coast the tour bus passes through Lorne before yet another stop to search for Koala Bears. Traveling onto famous Bells Beach there is time for some shopping on the town of Torquay and some very famous surfing companies. The tour then travels onto Melbourne and arrives early evening.
